Behind Downforce Division are two young engineers who grew up watching races every Sunday, memorizing the colors of every team and dreaming about the mechanical precision of open-wheel racing cars. That passion did not stay on the couch — it moved to the workshop. Every replica we create is born from a completely handcrafted process. We begin by designing the 3D model from scratch, studying blueprints, photographs and real references to capture every curve, every air intake, every aerodynamic detail that makes a Formula 1 car unique. Then we print each component on our own 3D printers, adjusting resolution and strength parameters until we achieve parts that faithfully reflect the proportions of the original car.

But printing is just the beginning. Every piece goes through a process of sanding, preparation and painting before receiving the vinyl decals we design and cut by hand — the sponsors, numbers, flags and details that bring the replica to life. We apply each vinyl with millimeter precision, because we know a true collector notices the difference. The final assembly brings all the parts together: nose, front wing, sidepods, halo, rear wing, wheels. The finished piece is presented on a fine wooden base with an engraved commemorative plaque. There is no mass production, no two replicas are exactly alike. Every piece carries our hours, our obsession and our name.
